Disclaimer Enrollment Agreement Notice of Student Rights Notice of Cancellation Disclaimer There is no refund possible for the computer cram exam preparation. It is not an approved State Course and only helps you pass the California State Exam. You should not bother with this unless you want to take the State Exam. You are allowed 10 weeks from the time you answer the 1st Question so do not try a few until you are ready as you do not want to run out of time. Notice of Student's Rights 1. You may cancel your contract for the school without any penalty or obligation up until the fifth business day following your registration date. Read the Notice of Cancellation form for an explanation of your cancellation rights and responsibilities. If you have lost your Notice of Cancellation form, ask the school for a sample copy. 2. After the end of the five-day cancellation period, you also have the right to stop school at any time, and you have a right to receive a refund for the portion of the course not taken within 30 days of enrollment/registration. Your refund rights are described in the enrollment agreement. If you have lost your enrollment agreement ask the school for a description of the refund policy. 3. If the school closes before you complete your course of study, you may be entitled to a refund. Notice of Cancellation You may cancel your class without penalty or obligation within 5 days of enrollment/registration. If you cancel, any payment you have made shall be returned to you within 10 days following the schools receipt of your cancellation notice and proof of payment. If the school gave you any materials, you must return the materials in working condition within 10 days of the date you signed a cancellation notice. If you do not return these materials within this 10-day period, the school may keep an amount of what you paid that equals the cost of the materials.
